Creative Communication

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create big idea as marketing campaign.
  • Copy-write campaign to amplify for online and on-ground channel.
  • Experience in leading concept development and ideation from strategy to execution and activation.
  • Proven integrated campaign experience including experiential, content and digital that generate media and social interest.
  • Clearly communicate exciting & creative idea with clients, and related department.
  • Work with the strategic planning team to produce new ideas for both online/offline campaign and marketing plan.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Adapt client's key communication to be suitable delivering for marketing campaign.

Qualification:

  •  Bachelors Degree
  • At least 2 years of working in marketing agency.
  • Portfolio and work experience related to creative idea.
  • Strong presentation/communication skill is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
  • Able to use powerpoint presentation to help demonstrate or deliver creative idea.
  • Good command of English and Thai.
  • Possible, quick adaptive and positive attitude

 

Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work towards strategic business goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to grow our customers business.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Planner and Creative to planning, develop and Execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develope and implement marketing plans for clients products or services.
  • Prepare proposals to help clients develop strategies to promote their products or services.
  • Perform as the key contact person with client when the campaign started.
  • Make decisions on a tight timeline.
  • Allocate resource of both human and budgetary resources to add agility and flexibility during obstacles or bottlenecks arising.
  • Plan the timeline of each project and forecast multiple complex projects with time- and resource-dependent deadline.
  • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass
  • Communication, etc.
  • At least 1+ year experience in Strategic planner, Business consultant, Marketing communication, Branding communication or related field.
  • Have experience in online marketing is advantage.
  • Good level of speaking, reading and writing in English.
  • Excellent research and analytical thinking skills.

Strategic Planner

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Running quantitative research qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers' attitudes, behaviors and perceptions in the order to turning it into actionable consumer insights.
  • Identifying key challenge and opportunity of the client's product and market to establish a winning strategy.
  • Creating and planning communication, branding, IMC strategy, then presenting to the clients for an approval.
  • Presenting the Creative team, Media team, Data team, Technology solution team with clearly defined brief.
  • Being a leader for internal meeting to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategy plan.

Qualification:

Graphic Design

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and produce artwork for online media, including single photos, motion graphics (.gif), and other graphic materials, while ensuring images are edited and optimized to meet the requirements of various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Edit videos for online promotion by use CapCut or Premiere Pro or others.
  • Plan & coordinate with internal and external teams, and manage assigned projects within the given timeframe.
  • Ensure design quality meets standards, aligns with client objectives, and is suitable for market demands and trends.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design; experience in online marketing (especially FMCG) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or other relevant programs.
  • Strong creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations.
KOL & Partnership Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Recommend and recruit suitable KOLs/Partners for each campaign.
  • Coordinate with KOLs/Partners to ensure content is completed accurately, on time, and aligns with the clients objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on each campaign's performance.
  • Ensure content quality meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to successfully execute campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in online marketing.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
